This policy covers Rage Raptors production services and software purchases.
If software does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable consumer law and the terms presented by our authorised payment provider at checkout.
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not normally refund time already used in the current billing period. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be corrected.
Cancellation and refund terms for broadcast production are agreed in the written project confirmation because expenses and reserved crew time vary by event. No production payment is collected from this public website without separately confirmed terms.
Email rr.studio@gmail.com with the account email, purchase date, product or project name and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details.
